The national economy seems to be a mess. I hear everyday about how home prices are dropping. Is this true? Is this the time to buy or should I hold off? I’m looking for a condo in Boston, Massachusetts … what’s the real estate market like, here?

It is a Buyer’s market now that more than likely will last for 2-3 years in most areas. After that property values begin the normal appreciation. Do not be to quick to assume that everything you hear applies to every market. All real estate markets are individual in nature.
